A pectin based sprayable glaze, the concentrate is to be mixed with 30-50% water. Designed for hot application to Danish Pastries, fruit tarts, cheescakes, flans, etc. the glaze forms a crystal clear high gloss protective coating to fruit pieces on dessert items. With a neutral flavour, our Nappage Concentrate is versatile in that it can be flavoured with virtually anything!

EGG WASH REPLACER

A bread and roll wash base intended to replace egg wash and the traditional starch wash. It can be applied before baking for added crust colour and shine, or, after baking for added gloss. Mix one part powder to nine parts of water, the solution for spray or brush applications.
