Availible in White, Chocolate, Maple and Caramel, these icings are ready to use straight from the pail at room temperature. Ideal for finishing doughnuts and sweet goods for retail stores, coffee shops, etc. No heating is required, simply stir before using

SUPREME ICINGS
Our supreme icings may be used in place of fondant where a more stable icing is required. The Chocolate, Maple and White varieties are best suited for finishing doughnuts but may also be used to finish sweet goods, Danish pastries, Coffee cakes, Cinnamon buns, etc. Like fondants, the icings should be applied warm, to room temperature products. They can be made more diverse by adding flavours or colours for specialty items.

CAKE ICINGS
Very smooth icings for decorating birthday and special occasion cakes, these are ready to use straight from the pail. Our White Traditional Cake Icing has a mild butter flavour, while the Chocolate Traditional Cake Icing is made with a rich fudge base using 22/24 alkalized cocoa powder.

CREAM CHEESE ICING
We have a very rich tasting Icing, containing more then 25% real Cream Cheese and a hint of lemon flavour. It is suitable for cinnamon buns, carrot muffins, and walnut or pineapple cakes.
