#2000 ICING BASE
A non-boiling base to make fillings for doughnuts, eclairs, etc. May be flavoured for Banana rolls, Spice cakes, or Cream cheese icing. The #2000 powder helps control water migration to keep icings and fillings moist.

A boiling type stabilizer used to make doughnut and honey bun glaze, brownie icings,etc. To be used for packaged products. Regal stabilizer helps prevent premature breakdown, weeping, and stickiness of icings.
