A fat-based, sweet glaze used to glaze cookie tops.
A fat-based, sweet glaze used to glaze cookie tops.
A high-melting temperature glaze used for mechanical application to wire cut or extruded cookies, with a fast setting (drying) time.
The glaze is required to be heated to +50 degrees C., then applied to cookies.
