A concentrated, pectin-based gel, to be thinned with water or fruit juices before using.
A concentrated, pectin-based gel, to be thinned with water or fruit juices before using.
To be used wherever a pectin-based gel is required. Typical applications are for Fruit Flans, strawberry (or other berry blends) or wherever a Pectin-Based Gel is required to add eye appeal. Once applied, the gel forms a barrier from oxygen which prevents the oxidation (browning) of apple pieces, banana slices, etc. Can be mixed with water or other fruit juices (apple/cranberry, etc.).
The Nappage Concentrate is to be mixed with water or fruit juice at a rate of 30-50%, then heated to 50 degrees C., and brushed/poured/sprayed onto products. Please consult Mimac for technical assistance

I've been using Mimac Glaze's rolled fondant for years with great success. It's easy to use and always provides a great look to my cakes. I highly recommend it.
