An RTU (Ready-To-Use) doughnut glaze.
Ideally suited for a mechanical glazer but can also be used to hand dip both Cake and Yeast Doughnuts, Crullers, Dutchies, Fritters, etc.
The RTU Doughnut Glaze is Ready-To-Use. Simply stir and hand dip hot doughnuts or use in a heated glazer. The addition of titanium dioxide as a whitener produces a semi-transparent glaze.
