An RTU (Ready-To-Use) liquid glaze for finishing pastries and sweet goods after baking.
Primarily designed for use in retail or in-store applications. Used to spray onto Danish Pastries and other sweet goods immediately after baking. May be used to finish Hot Cross Buns or to give a clear glazed appearance to most baked goods. The glaze may be brushed or sprayed onto hot products. Suitable for minimal packaging.
This glaze may be kept in a spray bottle and is ready-to-use on any products that are still hot from the oven.
