To be used wherever a gluten-free muffin batter is needed for savory items such as with cheese & onions. Muffins can be baked and served with butter, and jams or preserves. For variety, try adding frozen blueberries and orange zest. Can add grated carrots, nuts and raisins (or coconut) and finished with cream cheese icing. Our Gluten-Free Muffin Mix is certified Kosher.
The Gluten-Free Biscuit Mix requires the addition of eggs, water and oil at the bowl.
