Can be spread or drizzled onto Doughnuts, Danish Pastries, Coffee Cakes, Puff Pastry Custard Slices (Mille-feuilles), etc. Suitable for some packaging. Mostly for retail or in-store bakery icing applications.
This icing is required to be heated and then applied to room temperature products.
