A stabilized and ready-to-use (RTU) icing that is well suited for finishing cinnamon buns.
The viscosity of this icing allows for a two-stage application to cinnamon buns.
Immediately after the cinnamon buns are removed from the oven, a thin layer is applied. The heat of the baked product allows the icing to flow into the swirls if the cinnamon bun. Once cooled, another application of icing gives a rich and decadent eye appeal.
